Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
• We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork
creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at
checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
